Bio-Boost was applied at dosages from 250g/ha up to 16kg/ha

Incubation period: 7 days

The biological soil activity and the ß-Glycosidase enzyme levels were analysed.

The maximum biological soil activity was reached at a dosage of 5kg/ha. At the same time, the soil was tested for the enzyme ß-Glycosidase, which is an indicator of microbial activity. With regard to this enzyme, the optimum dosage would be 3 kg/ha.

Bio-Boost™ has been designed in such a way that it stimulates the activity of organisms in the soil, promoting humus formation, increased soil fertility and health. The product supports aerobic rotting processes in the soil and promotes degradation of crop residues. Bio-Boost™ directly stimulates the native microbiology which has a positive effect on soil compaction, improves soil structure and consequently plant growth. In addition, the product stimulates the formation of mycorrhiza fungi, which are important to naturally supply plants with nutrients. A more vigorous root growth occurs which in turns increases nutrient availability.
